The terms that apply when you buy from us.
Who we are
This site is operated from Malaysia. Contracts formed through it are governed by Malaysian law.
Prices
All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include Sales and Service Tax where it applies. We may change prices at any time, but never after an order is confirmed.
Orders
Orders are placed and paid for through our external order form. An order is confirmed once we have acknowledged it and received payment. Until then we may decline it — for example if an item has sold out.
Delivery and pickup
- Delivery
- We deliver by courier anywhere in Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley. We don't deliver outside the Klang Valley yet.
- Pickup
- Collect your order from Mukha Cafe in TTDI, Kuala Lumpur. We'll message you when it's ready.
- When
- Everything is made fresh to order. Delivery or pickup is within 7 working days of your order.
- Ordering and payment
- Order and pay through our order form, where you choose your recipe, size and probiotic.
If something is wrong
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us as soon as you receive it. If it does not arrive, tell us as soon as it is late. We will replace it or refund it in full, including the original delivery cost.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of opened food products unless they are faulty.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other Malaysian law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
